Lt. Emma Clark (Star Trek TOS OC)

This is a character I came up with for Star Trek The Original Series, it's an AU (alternate universe) fanfic.  She's chief of security and studied under Malcolm Reed.  When on duty, she takes her job very seriously and behaves as a model officer.  Off-duty, she parties hard with booze, sex and anything else you can name.  According to Emma, you work hard, you play hard.  Emma also has a creative side, writing stories in her free time.  She and Captain Kirk share a mutual attraction that she will never act on due to feeling that hooking up with her captain would be inappropriate.  McCoy acts as a father figure to her.  On-duty, she respects Spock as a officer.  Off-duty, she makes attempts to flirt with him and even seduce him, which always end in failure.  Eventually, she does fall in love with Spock and he reciprocates in time.
