Even though the person's account was deactivated and, hopefully, banned, I'm still upset that he thought it was okay to steal my art like that.  Even if I did make it in a game, it was still a huge disservice to the people who made the game in the first place.  Many people who create these games want them to be used and they want people to give it life.  Here's one such example of what you can do with a dollmaker.

Theresa ~ for suburbantimewaster by funnies50

This is Snow Queen Scene Maker and, originally, it's supposed to be a simple background with snow.  :iconfunnies50: went to all the trouble of using strands of hair to make a balcony, using icicles to make a bird and even decorated it with flowers and used different colored strands to give the illusion that my character, Theresa, was inside a building.  Yes, drawers and the people who create dollmaker games are the architects of the art world, but dollmakers are the interior decorators.

Since I don't make dollmaker games, I can't truly speak for those that do.  However, :iconsailorxv3: does make dollmaker games and even created the Sailor X Generator that I plan on trying out and she has a few words to say about deviantart's policy towards dollmaker creations.

I agree totally!  Doll makers are art, they're just a different kind of art.  It helps those of us who can't draw but still want to part of this site.  They need to stop treating us like second class citizens!  by J-Works Many people love dolls and most of them work very hard to get them just right not to mention how many people take the time to come with information about them.  How can they say it isn't art?  It's just a different kind. by stuck-in-suburbia
